Life Consulting is like getting an alignment for your life! As a trauma informed consultant doing her own work, Katie brings a relatable wealth of knowledge and skills that include: attachment work, inner child tools, processing emotions, grounding, triggers, and relational communication skills. She specializes in relational connections from singleness, dating, and friendships to marriage and family dynamics. The sessions will be tailored to your needs. Life Consulting means we are not limited to one topic, but can explore healing and growth in the many different areas of your life. Each session varies based on what your heart and life needs are, but our goal remains the same: to empower you to live in freedom and healing, knowing you are unconditionally loved.

The Complete Couple Life - 50 Minute session $85 (with Katie)

The complete Couple Life is the place where we bring everything to the table... we teach, we learn, we grow. We mend hearts and touch love again. Katie specializing in helping couples to understand and communicate with each other. Each session is packed with practical translation tools as Katie helps each person feel safe, heard, and seen. Most sessions end with take home, practical homework and tools to keep growing together.

The Complete Enneagram Package - 7 hour long sessions $450

The complete coaching package offers a one stop shop for learning everything you need to engage with the enneagram as a powerful tool for personal, professional and relational growth. Packed into 7 sessions you will gain an understanding of the enneagram as a whole system, discover your number, and be coached in deep meaningful growth. Through these sessions we will engage in deep transformation by looking at how your motivations show up in growth and in stress. Some of the things covered in the coaching sessions include: Wings, Levels of Development, Triads, and Childhood messages. You will learn how you process and engage with the enneagram through a breakdown on how your motivations, fears, and desires impact your relationships and career.

Intro to the Enneagram - 2 hour long session $125

Learn about the system of the enneagram with an overview of each number. This introduction is essential to anyone working with a team of people or to those who desire to understand what makes others tick. The intro to the enneagram is a great starter place as you wade into the world of the Enneagram! As a tool for connection and communication in relationships, leadership, and your career, the enneagram is unparalleled. As a whole it is an important asset for engaging in emotional health in leadership and ministry.

Your Typing Session - 50 Minute long Session $75 or a Session + an Assessment $85

Discover your enneagram number and begin exploring what motivates you to tick. Once you are more familiar with the enneagram, a typing session is a great place to begin your journey - especially if you just want to know what your number is to get you started!. If you choose this as a stand alone session an enneagram assessment is required.

Group Workshop - (Information available upon request)

Build you team with the fundamentals of each members unique motivation and strength in mind. Facilitate a higher level of communication from a teamwork perspective. Increase your community magnetism as your members grow in depth and connection to each other.
