The Summer
I Learned
To Love Myself

2026

What if this summer was different?
What if it was better?

Rather than trying to figure out where you belong in the chaos of summer, what if you were able to stop hustling to earn your healing and prove your worth?
What if instead you let love lead?

What if a kinder relationship with yourself…
changed everything?

This isn’t your typical self love program.

You’ve tried self-help books,
morning routines,
and “just think positive” advice.

You’ve even bought the “be kind” tote,
and still, shame invites you to spiral
and anxiety keeps you small.

This course isn’t about saying or doing the right things, it’s about transformation from the inside out. In this program, you will learn how to remove the barriers you have around receiving love, how to love yourself well, and why it's absolutely essential for a life of peace and confidence. What would your life be if you liked yourself?

Loving yourself might be the most selfless thing you learn to do. The nature of Love is that it multiplies. Imagine what it would be like if the overflow of kindness and grace you hold for yourself spilled over onto others? Patience with yourself equals more understanding and patience with others.

Maybe you’ve started the journey toward self-love, or maybe it's a new concept. Perhaps you’ve seen glimmers of growth — you’re trying to be kinder to yourself, and still, the old patterns linger and circle back around when stressful things happen. Shame creeps in. The inner critic is loud. Burnout and anxiety feel close. Parts of you still feel stuck in the same stories of not-enoughness.

Friend, that’s where this summer course comes in.

We learn to criticize and abandon ourselves through voices we were never meant to absorb — from culture, caregivers, churches, teachers, even peers. But here’s the good news: we can learn a new way. A way rooted in love.

This course is a space where love gets modeled in tangible, healing ways. Where someone sits with you in the pain-filled pockets of your story without judgment and celebrates the tiny, vulnerable wins you barely notice. It’s where the inner voice that says you’re not enough gets replaced — slowly, steadily — with one that sounds a lot more like grace — ‘til your soul feels free.

Because real change doesn’t happen when we shame ourselves into growth. It happens when we’re loved into wholeness. This course isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about learning to receive love in real time, so you can finally live like you’re already worthy.

Let this be the summer you stop striving and start receiving.

Let this be the summer you learned to love yourself.

What This Course Offers:

This is a holistic, trauma-informed course that holds space for your mind, body, soul, and spirit — all through the lens of love.

Over three months you’ll experience group coaching, nervous system regulation practices, emotional education, and soul fulfilling support in community. Together, we’ll unlearn shame as a motivator, expand your capacity to be loved, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

We’ll lean into the wisdom of divine, unconditional love — the kind that changes everything. (As one sacred reminder says: We love because He first loved us.)

You don’t have to do this alone. You were never meant to.

  • You struggle with self-criticism, doubt, or imposter syndrome

  • You long for confidence, self-trust, and true rest — not just performance

  • You cringe at compliments or deflect them quickly

  • You hate picking out clothes or seeing yourself in photos

  • You’re more comfortable loving others than extending grace to yourself

  • Boundaries feel harsh, but you are at a loss as to what to do with your overwhelm

  • Mistakes cause you to spiral, ruminate, avoid, or get defensive

  • You’re tired of trying to earn love or approval by fixing yourself

  • You say things to yourself you’d never say to a friend

  • You are sick of turning on yourself and want to learn to be on your own team

  • You’re curious what would happen if love — not shame — led the way

  • You are READY for change

If any of that feels familiar,
this space was created for you.

This summer, we’ll practice a radical new way of being — rooted in grace, sustained by compassion, and anchored in divine love. You don’t have to become someone else to be worthy. You just need someone to walk with you as you come home to who you are.

I’ve been praying for you and dreaming of ways to pour into you, bless you, and show you love. Will you join me?

The Summer I Learned to Love Myself

Rooted and Radiant:

Two ways to learn to love yourself this summer. Choose the support that’s right for you!

Rooted

A soul-centered foundation for your healing journey.

This tier is for the woman who’s ready to learn what it means to reconnect with herself and get the practical tools she needs for deep life change. Rooted includes the live teaching sessions which are the backbone of this program. In these teaching times we pull up a chair, open our laptops, get our notebooks and dive deep together. You get a seat to in-depth learning, group discussions and Q&A times. The learning and practical application here are both deep and profound. They are some of my favorite times as questions from group members help us unpack and flush out what the teaching concepts actually look like in real life.

You’ll feel seen and guided as you begin building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

In ROOTED, you’ll receive:

  • 12 Week Mentorship

  • Bi-weekly Group Coaching Calls

  • Bi-Weekly Recorded Teachings, Resources, or Real Time Audio Drops

  • WhatsApp Group Chat to connect with other members and share resources

  • Personalized Care Packages (yes, Swag!)

  • Grounding + Regulation Practices

  • Compassionate community to relate to and growth with access to Katie’s 20 years of trauma-informed experience

Investment: $597*

Radiant

For the woman who’s ready to go deeper and let love hold her in a tangible way. Where we step outside of the logical learning spaces and learn to experience love in greater depth.

This tier adds on three live Group Consulting Calls. These sessions are where we learn that you have a seat at any table you want to sit at. Group Consulting is limited to six women so each woman will have ample space to be seen with more depth. In these calls, we experience live consulting and take a deeper look at how to love ourselves in the individual places we are struggling. Vulnerability and safety are cultivated here as shame falls off and we get to say, “me too”. Many of us are broken in relationships and this is the space to begin to heal in relationships as we are held with safety by others.

This is a sacred space for the woman who is ready to be seen a little more and learn how to cultivate safe vulnerability.

RADIANT includes everything in ROOTED, plus:

  • Three Group Consulting Sessions

  • “Loved” Sweatshirt (You’re gonna love this one!!)

  • Iced Coffee Mug with Affirmations

Investment: $747*

*Payment Plans Available

I bet on love, risked on rest, and it changed everything.

I created this course because I know what it’s like to feel like you’re always working to be enough —
and what it feels like to finally rest in grace. I’ve spent the last 20 years walking with women through healing, growth, and tender transformation.

Now, it’s your turn. Will you join me?

Questions we will answer inside this course:

  • Is it selfish to love ourselves?

  • How is this different from pride?

  • Will loving myself lower my anxiety? (YES!)

  • What about sacrifice?

  • What happens when we don’t have time for self-care routines?

  • Is it biblically/theologically ok to love myself?

  • Do I really have to love my body? What if I don’t want to or am not ready to?

Who do you want to be by next summer? In 5 years? Start this summer.

A Woman Who Loves Herself:
